I think the company directors are looking after themselves here, accepting the first offer at only a 9% premium to the closing price.
Don't worry about the 30 and 90 day multiples the announcement talks about, the shares have gone up in that time due to the company making lots of money.
This $2.60 offer wont get up, I think it will take at least another 10-15% on top of that to come close to been accepted.
