    With the board unanimously supporting the offer, I cannot see an alternative

    Will the company go to auction......Looks like this bid has been brewing for a fair while

    Having said this, MMA has become a completely different animal. It's business model has changed from being a oil and gas player and diversited

    Look forward to see how this turns out
