Yes totally agree, it almost feels like the current Board intention has always been to bring the company out of it's earlier troubles to a certain point then look out to sell it. I wonder if the Board members have something to gain from the sale, hence their motivation. Point is if the Board isn't capable to continue the growth of company or just wants to take it's cut and leave they should simply rebuild the Board, not sell the company for Boards agenda.
As mentioned in previous post, the company is in a good place and if the Board want to sell it needs to go at premium due to potential not current valuation, or we should get shares handed to us from buyer so we are still connected, shareholders should consider this when it comes to a vote. The other option is if we do not get utmost premium we should encourage a clean up of the Board to grow the company to full potential, while the environment is good for us, it all feels POOR Board actions, not a good show to investors.
