Ocker, at least I provided some links to reports of statistics and emails evidencing shorters attempting to destroy companies (which = job losses). You provided no link to your allegations that ASIC thinks there is no systemic risk.  Where's your proof?

Funny that ASIC also says there is no systemic risk with HFT and then what.... some months later the SEC and FBI launch a probe into HFT manipulation and lay charges? Hardly a peep from our regulator on that issue since then.  Did you see the four-corners episode that shows how our democracy and institutions are being corrupted by organized criminals?
