    I have never seen a stock issue 5% of its capital at a 100%+ premium and at the same time get a JV commitment to spend $12 million ($3m min) over 5 years on exploration for 60% interest in properties and price not move.
    This is a case of market not appreciating the deal or there's more to the deal / company history than I have seen.
    Fill me in fellows.
