Yes sorry michael l didnt see your post....l am not an old holder but when l looked at terms of deal the guys drilling have another option which makes it to about 70 percent of project....if they walk away its different but yea l wouldnt pay 20 percent for another 7mill when l could just buy amd instead on the cheap and have 100 percent of what l am interested and toss the rest of it out as a shell
