Agree, Kaolin is difficult piece of puzzle to solve and the only reason MMI got kaolin is because previous miner bankrupted or closed the shop as they couldn't make anything economical out of it. I just mentioned in case there is opportunity but it is hard for sure to make it profitable... IMO.
