Yeah that would be nice but there are rules about the amount of capital that can be raise within a year without a vote at an AGM/EGM (we have one coming up so why haven’t they looked at increasing via a resolution?). I looked up the rules but I am a little confused, it seems to be 15% but MMI is raising 20% including the SPP so there musts be a reason MMI can get to 20%. If that is the limit then they can’t raise more than $4 million in the SPP.
