    Anything over your head is a long way off the ground how is it up there?

    This is just a convienient way to list on the TSX and thereby have access to more potential buyers. It's like giving up 100% ownership of your burger joint to have 70% stake in 2 burger joints. They haven't given up any control of business activities.
