I don't think I see downside pressure on SP for MMJ. People who sell MMJ shares now would be silly to do so. MMJ in the short term has $2.5M in cash and all those calling for a CR can now crawl back into a dark hole.
In the medium term (by Dec-2016):
- TSR will commence trading on the TSX and as long as the SP appreciates and investors there realise the value in TSR... MMJ will benefit.
In the longer term (2017-2018):
- TSR will likely be growing between 10,000kg-26,000kg of MC from Duncan
- TSR should have a license to grow at Lucky Lake (62,000ft facility)
- Satipharm hopefully passes phase 2 and onto phase 3 and finally phase 4 for the full and final, showing the great potential of gelpel capsules vs Sativex owned by GW (billion dollar pharma company)
MMJ will no longer be a minion in the industry. This is a game changer.
