Yeh, have to wonder if theyre doing this so that hvt doesnt crash further. Seems like excessively unfavourable loan conditions in the current credit environment. Unless they didnt shop around and MMJ came to them first. Not that costly/problematic to offer equity in replace of payment.
Going to be interesting 6 months, following where the money goes, what this dividend will end up looking like.
