Yes would be capable of a recreational weed field. Would need constant surveillance being so close to a road etc, the big rec weed growers in the USA states buy a couple of hundred acres up a single road access and then only use the best sun facing hills for actual growing.
Did you see the warehouses Buffet etc are using for rec weed.
The Big money is in Pharmaceuticals but a couple of million worth of easy to grow rec weed could cover wages and keep the lights on...
