I’m not sure why they would want to take over at this stage. In the original deal I thought they would be able to hit the kpi’s Pretty quickly to be honest. I was more interested to see how they treated share holders and wether they would cash out straight away or strategically held until they could get big profits first. Obviously I’m wrong about that prediction. Although I still think there is easier money for them to get the sp up rather than taking over. If they’re able to get easy approval for funds to do a cr with their own company why would they bother to take ownership of that money when they can still just use someone else’s?
