I dont know what Im missing here but they are paying $6 million , for 3.75 million shares, which they could buy on market now for $4.98 million (weedme current price is 1.33) , so we are paying over $1 million more than we could just buy on market. And its public too, so anyone could enter this trade cheaper than what MMJ with the insider connections with embark are getting. We are paying a $1 million over market price, great work embark :S
