I agree, its how you lose money. But money can be made elsewhere, its a sunken opportunity cost. This thing won't go anywhere in the next 2 months at least.
The strong hold of shareholders game could be played on any stock. Should have gotten out after the TSX announcement I agree, but then they lump the CR on top. Not my cup of tea risk wise.
