Seems that way. I'm confused as to why the share price is this low in general. If the deal is for 70% of a Canadian company worth 40 million + future gains of being first to the Australian Market , with the amount of shares on offer shouldn't it be roughly 36.5c for stake in Canadian company alone?
Maybe i'm getting my maths wrong..
