I haven’t tried to deep dive on what it means for MMS ... but on a cursory look at the presentation I was a bit surprised by the fall (although it did rise steeply just prior so maybe some disappointed it wasn’t a cheap cash buyout?). Getting the whole of ECX for a $2.85 mainly scrip deal seems pretty good value to me. Presume the analysts will update their models and clients overnight - so let’s see what happens tomorrow.
