Usually when you look at a 12 month chart of a company that has had 2 takeover offers it is clear when the offers occurred with a sizeable spike/s. you almost need a chartist to find them on the ECX chart
I know the market hasn't been kind the last few weeks across the board but it sort of feels like the SP would only be 10-15% off what it I say today if no offers were made. We are now 22c off the MMS talked about offer value of $2.85 which indicates to me the market is not expecting any competing bids nor any real merger value ☹️
It wasn't that long ago we were around this price before the MMS offer.
