The management who keep their jobs ae happy. Those with large holdings in ECX will retain a position in a solid company, and that keeps them happy,....they probably don't have a need to sell their shares .
i do agree that MMS gets a good deal. NOt so sure about ECX holders who held from over 3$. Certainly the divvies are going to disappoint for awhile after a merger. Present price including divvyand franking credits is lower than original offer a couple months ago.
