I personally would be interested in the details of this “good deal “ that management have been working on tirelessly for 8 years. You seem to suggest that if management is seen to be lacking it must be ok because they must be doing something (surely). This is your supposition only without confirmation of details, but as far as I am aware no deal , good or otherwise, has been announced. Sorry I forgot it is confidential
