Well I stand corrected. If dr Aston says he could sell it any time for less than it is worth then he must have had several offers on the table that he rejected out of hand.
unfortunately in the real world believing something is so does not make it so.
i am sentimentally attached to my car and think it is worth $100,000 unfortunately the buyers out there only think it is worth $10,000 so when my grandkids sell it , they will only get $10,000 irrespective of my view.
In most businesses, until you get a solid offer it is worth nothing but management seems to have the reverse view. Until we get an offer it is worth billions. Offers need to be received not just talked about.
By the way all of us wanting and expecting a return as a result of great results are not all traders. I consider myself an investor, but I would like something to celebrate before I die.
