Makes me wonder if they are under some form of instructions not to get the oppies in the money. Never any urgency, just plod, plod, plod, at snails pace. I also wonder if they have a plan in place and are working on things that need to be done in the future or is it a case of "now that's done, what do we do next?" Be nice to know.
