A plan to run things in parallel and plan for future...come on you must be kidding. The human covid and cancer trials are probably not much more than a thought bubble.
They aren't under instructions for the oppies...they just can't do it. Nothing to date suggests a cunning plan.
The MND trial was only thanks to Mollard, who left. The MND trial is the only thing semi on track...surprise surprise it is probably largely due to PAA being accountable to MND fund money.
Like you say 4C will be cut and paste.
