I think the problem may be that these are not the full result set. We are still waiting for a couple more results for the Cohort 1 group and for all of them on the cohort 2 group. Many punters do not have our faith in MPL and will be holding back waiting for confirmation that there is not a bad result waiting in the wings.
Also, don't forget that there was the recent CR where new investors were issued 30 million shares at 8c, some of these would have been hoping for a quick killing and when this didn't materialise they may be happy just to get their cash back and hold on to the freebie options. We have "only" traded about 3 million shares today which is only 10% of the recent CR issue. Of course if these guys see the chance of a big re-rate coming in the SP then they may decide to hold on tight, so far it looks like many are not convinced and sellers are satisfied with the 8c currently being paid.
