Looks like the swallows are coming out for the Summer.
From what I can see there has been 1152 studies to date worldwide on MND/ALS.
Duplicate drugs account for 344.
Discontinued 683.
So leaves us with 125 completed studies using 76 drugs.
Biomarkers were used in 34% of those trials.
Stable patients were minimal. I believe less than a handful.
Pharmaust has given us information but as yet not full statistically significant information, but as you mostly know I follow PAA's clinical program like a " bloodhound".
Once the pharmacodynamics are studied are we and more importantly the MND sufferers in for a reprieve?
Its tantalising close one would say, especially when all Cohort 1 patients are stable. Is that ground breaking prospective material to muse.
Exceptionally well done Dr Richard Mollard for giving the Company an opportunity and chance to help the afflicted.
