At lest 1 patient in the 2nd cohort completed their 28 days 2 weeks ago, likewise with any others that started within 2 weeks of the first starting, even the last patient has probably had their day 2 and 8 reviews. So yes they will be confidant they know enough to start seeing any patterns if they exist at this stage.

• Emerging indicatory evidence for MND severity and progression during the
  course of the trial will also be examined.

There we have it, in the past tense "Emerging". Lets hope it was a broad based trend and their use of stable in the plural form in more recent announcements suggest there may be.

Price may dip or stagnate for a few weeks, but take the same view as Rats Rant [Thanks AD] last week with this bit of advise.
