I take this to mean no side effects and patient has tolerated the initial treatment, being that phase 1 was efficacy etc. That is good as if palatability issues re raised its head then that would have been a significant backward step. This may also be why the faster movement to interim analysis.
Good on FightMND and PAA for getting the next cohort filled. Hopefully we see the 10c mark again.
