I would not worry to much about the "Wall". Much has been posted here about the lack of participants in the dog trial from 2020 by self proclaimed experts (7 dogs) . Much was learnt there especially dosing, now here we are with cohorts of 6 in the MND trial utilising knowledge gained from that dog trial. Have not heard any of those SAO's ( Self Appointed Organises) suggesting 6 in the MND cohort is not enough. Just saying. Just another thought, maybe our BOD know what they are doing, and just maybe the SAO's are of the mark, one of those marks could be the "Wall".
