I absolutely agree mistakes were made but we have the benefit of hindsight. They found themselves being inundated by a double tsunami - the Elanco walkout and the pandemic disruption - with minimal resources and somehow they had to raise the needed funds to keep the boat afloat . Approaching FightMND was a brilliant move. Making the current MND first phase trial for multiple other conditions and, if need be, a place to further fine tuning of the tablet and dosage levels for human use, was also a brilliant move. So despite the setbacks and undoubted mistakes and multiple u-turns, I think they've done as good a job as one could expect. And by the end of 2015, they (and we in the forum) we're talking then about the multiple potential uses of this new gen "rapamycin" drug. So, I know you've been invested even longer than myself, so I fully get the frustration, but time to cheer up a bit. In my view, things are really turning around with, as jakjazz likes to say, so many different shots at goal now presenting themselves. Bloody brilliant. The problem is that it's hard to explain what all the excitement is about to the broader public why this is such an important breakthrough. It's so bloody complicated.
