That raises an interesting question. I'm sure we've all seen Awakenings, where L-Dopa was used to break people out of a locked-in condition. The problem ended up being that there was a chemical window that closed and the patients stopped responding to the treatment. I wonder how long the chemical window will remain open for Monepantel? I know for things like Metaclopromide it's measured in days.
