- Bladder pain.
- bloody or cloudy urine.
- blurred vision.
- difficult, burning, or painful urination.
- fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or pulse.
- frequent urge to urinate.
- general feeling of discomfort or illness.
- increased cough.
• Monepantel (MPL) was well tolerated by all MND patients at the first dosing
level
• All six patients in cohort 1 have elected to continue on MPL treatment
