Those option exercisable at 50 cents will surely put a lid on share price for the next 3 years. Also they can ask for issue shares any time at their discretion means they can choke MNS when they wish. I think MNS should be allowed to issue shares when they wish and options should be exercisable at a higher price and expiry within a year.
