I fail to see how the options will cap the share price. Never happened before and so will not in this case either.

The MNS share price will be dictated by how people see the enterprise value stacking up. In this instance, the value of iM3NY plus C4V plus ASM plus Nachu. They all are starting to become “real” and each (apart from C4V) can speak for the current market cap on their own potential.

The options do, however, become a ready source of additional capital if/when the share price blasts past the exercise.
