i think it must have been a fairly critical test otherwise why not state it right out rather than wishy washy/vague statements. Also concern that they had to bring in additional certifiers - if a small issue that impacted realtively few batteries why you need additional certifiers?.
anyhow we await further info on this and till then SP may be wandering as currently is. all imo.
