Have just re-read - @riskon. Not necessarily a closed period, but also one that the directors and board will not give permission for if there is unpublished info to the market (whether that member is privvy or not) - so yes - market sensitive info that either the company has, or that an ANN would appear soon to the market.  In the past, there has been director activity close to a market sensitive ANN.  IMO this is a significant change.
