so the neighbouring mine Ramu with 166mt resource at 0.90% nickel and 0.10% cobalt produced 33kt of nickel and 3kt of cobalt at an average cash cost of US$4,600/t per tonne of nickel equivalent. We have grades as high as 2.07% nickel and 0.36% cobalt. Current Price of Nickel 19500USD/t , price of Cobalt 50,000usd/t. Granted we dont have a confirmed resource based on total tonnage etc but I will let you do the math just based on our neighbouring resource on the kind of annual returns such a mine has the potential to deliver.

on a related note , check out HPAL plants investment in Indonesia and you will see how much is being invested just over the last couple of years in these plants , I think it was 10-15 billion usd in just 2 chinese projects by their 2 largest battery makers , GEM and CATL. And more are coming up over the next 2-3 years by LG etc. By having the foresight to buy up now , we will have the capacity to feed all these behemoths in the future when they are up and running. I feel like Indonesia is going to be for Nickel what Australia has been for Iron ore, story is just beginning and will play out over this coming decade , imho dyor
