    These guys are very slick. Drain Australian shareholders from the IPO at 20 cents and numerous capital raisings, now move on the the US market with a $26M raising. Imagine the success fees Oren and Yossi will clip from the raising ? These guys are serious players in raising and burning shareholders capital.
