Imagine the fees they are going to pay themselves for listing on the Nasdaq ? I have to say I respect these guys ability to drain cash from unsuspecting investors and when all the blood has been sucked out they move to another market. They are the best of the best for a company with $4M revenue , quite amazing actually. My wife's father , 100 years and going strong, is a descendant of the Cohen tribe, so my wife and two daughters are Jewish. I have absolute respect for Yossi and Oren and what they have achieved in enriching themselves with what they have had to work with.
