Wow. Keeping the Nasdaq stock as depository receipts. They absolutely do not want any shareholders to be able to vote on anything!! A huge risk that more management options and other unpalatable schemes are probably incoming.
And have you seen the spread on the Nasdaq? lol. No liquidity. They neglect to mention that much of the volume was arbitragers buying merely to dump at higher prices on the ASX.
