    I get it now.

    It's being artificially inflated.

    Look at the buy sell spread. Even last week there was very little interest but shares kept being bought at the higher end.

    The company is going to need to raise cash if it wants to buy more of jaxta.

    By artificially sending the SP higher, the company can:
    1. Convince Share Holders that the investment is in their best interest citing the rising SP since the announcements
    2. Raise capital by selling more shares at a higher price.

    I'm convinced this is what is going on. The motive is there and this explains why shares are being bought whilst the buy/sell spread is so large.

    But who's buying the shares at these levels? My guess is the people who have the most to gain and who are not already a significant holder (otherwise it would show up in a significant holding modification announcement).

    FYI, just because i'm convinced, doesn't make it true
