You are exhibiting signs of 'Fear of mission out'. Be logical. The MBO business is going ok, but this investment presents a HUGE risk to MBO.. Also you know the company is going to raise cash soon to fund further investment in this company. Given the risk in this investment, there is every possibility that it could decline in value very easily, in which case the MBO SP will reduce and you can buy at a cheaper price.

Don't get caught up in the hype of an SP that has already advanced quite significantly, especially one that has done so on very light volume.
