Ha ha - this is the single worst ASX announcement i have ever seen (and i read every market sensitive announcement every day). Not only are they moving into a completely different industry (surely requires shareholder vote?) the deal potentially dilutes existing shareholders to a minority. So effectively a takeover but at a 30% discount to the last traded price!!! F*ck you investors!
Extra-ordinary. Mind blowing.
Oh - and what is this new business all about? don't worry your pretty heads about that - not a single detail provided.
