    Lower highs and lower lows give us a falling wedge; a bullish reversal signal when observed in a downtrend.


    Taking the height of the back of the wedge gives us the target from the breakout point.

    Let’s see how long it stays at this all-time low before it breaks out.

    Target mid 3c’s once out of the wedge.
