Not much of a charter myself either but I see this as more of a cup with no handle, I think the cup and handle formation would have closed at 0.043 or below and began forming the handle. (Short down trend)
The close above .043 on high volume is a breakout into a new high which is a screaming buy signal to traders. Have seen this happen with a lot of small cap stocks over the years.....good times ahead!! Good luck!!
