    Hey Mate,

    that volume waiver makes sense in that the production of spodumene will no longer occur /or will occur and then priority will be moved per the priority of the OTA but it doesnt specify that once the spod or
    carbonate is produced, who will get what. (Sorry im not familiar with the mining process, so i am not sure if sc5.4-6 is produced and then further refined to carbonate or if its mined and simply run thru the same process but then varies slightly towards the end of sc~6 to move into carbonate.

    I will assume for the time being that it will simply be split 50:50 in carbonate formate to be conservative. I think its probably way to far down the line to pre-determine who will get what amount. Keep an eye out on capex for the carbonate plant. Imo if its sya that puts it all in ill assume we are then going for 75:25. If PLL puts in 50:50 then ill assume they will be chasing half.
