That was what tipped me over the edge. My opinion is this Board needs to be partly split up to help aid in the development of the company. Remove the dead wood bring in specific skills needed that suits the current position of the company. Some of this has started but theres a bit more to go.
They have a poor history and track record. I think we would immediately attract more investment if this happened.
JB can be in the background with his obvious knowledge but build a new INDEPENDENT BOD around him that can take the company to the next level.
