"Some" Peeps believe that consolidations allow liquidity to return to a stock as well as freedom of movement and therefore the natural response is for stock to sell lower .......... it's just another market "self fulfilling prophecy" much like "all gaps need to close" and "TA moves markets" all are "the tail wagging the dog" scenarios IMO .
