Significant JV partners will want a say via a BOD seat, in the case of NAL that may be in the JV but for future offtakes from Moblan that will be in SYA itself. As things currently stand a JV partner/offtaker could offer 2x spot and full funding of the project and the BOD would turn it down if it came with a requirement of a BOD seat. Now those figures might be hyperbole, but the human behavior is spot on, where is that marlin?
