For posters taking about Takeovers.....
Taking over SYA needs an agreement with PLL, however PLL's hands are tied with upcoming captital contribution for Tennessee, Africa and Quebec plus maybe Carolina
With SQM/AKE out of the picture, SYA is definitely a target for ALB or PLS (not including majors for other reasons)
