”even if that’s correct”… it’s literally a table from within their report. Based on the last three raises their average discount rate to access capital was ~14%. Price assumptions in the DFS are currently 2x spot. Reworking the numbers using a 30% lower lithium price and a 12% discount rate is far more accurate than their bullish assumptions.
Problem is, the NPV drops to C$635M but the capex stays at C$962M. Who’s gonna finance that?
